In the rare case that your package is lost, contact us at hello@scentlux.com with your order number. We'll lodge a trace request with the courier and, if the package cannot be located within 5 business days, we'll reship your order or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy on all unused, unopened products. If you're not completely satisfied with your ScentLux purchase, simply contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return. Products must be returned in their original sealed packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns on opened fragrances unless the product is faulty or damaged on arrival. If you're unsure whether a scent is right for you, we strongly recommend ordering a Travel Edition sample (15ml) before committing to a full-size bottle.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 2–3 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the funds may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear in your account. We'll notify you by email at each stage of the process.
Yes, absolutely. All ScentLux fragrances are 100% cruelty-free and certified by both PETA and the Leaping Bunny Programme. We use no animal-derived ingredients and never conduct or commission animal testing at any stage of our production or ingredient sourcing.
All full-size ScentLux fragrances are formulated as Eau de Parfum (EDP) with a fragrance concentration of 20–25%. This places them at the higher end of the EDP spectrum — meaning exceptional longevity (typically 8–12 hours) and strong sillage. Our Travel Edition vials are the same concentration, simply in a 15ml format.
Store your fragrance in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and humidity. A bedroom drawer or wardrobe shelf is ideal. Avoid keeping fragrance in the bathroom, where temperature fluctuations can degrade the molecular composition over time. Properly stored, your ScentLux fragrance will maintain its quality for 3–5 years.
All ScentLux fragrances are formulated and blended by hand in our atelier in Grasse, France — the birthplace of modern perfumery. Our raw ingredients are ethically sourced from certified farms in France, Morocco, Indonesia, India and the UAE.
